We hadden lauw water 's-morgens. Douche was niet prettig.

The noise from the tattoo convention which went on from the time I checked in until ten at night. The bass thudding was horrendous and the room walls being flimsy and thin exacerbated this. Nobody available at reception for twenty minutes on check in. The breakfast buffet did not have any sneeze guards on it unhygienic as well as the multiple chipped cups. The hotel looks nice on the photos but don't be deceived. If you ask for a change of room the reception staff are unhelpful and are not willing to facilitate this. It is called a "palace" but in my opinion it is far from this. I would not recommend and I would never stay there again.
