"Disappointed 😞 stay."

Beautiful building, staff very helpful, fixed the shower fast, made us a quick breakfast before opening. Free parking.

I booked this hotel becase they have a sauna, sauna was out of order. Went to our room to shower, however the shower drain was plugged. Was told brakefast was at 7am, because it was a holiday, breakfast was at 8am and we had to be somewhere at 830am. We tried to have some coffee, coffee machine was not working propely so we left without coffee. We loaded our car, went to drive out and our parking stub would not open the gate. So we had to drive back to the front door and get our parking stub sorted out. We made it to our commitment, exactly on time for 830am, but we rushed and were a bit stressed.
