Great location, quiet, very clean room and responsive staff

Room is hard to navigate when getting in/out of bed due to low ceiling.

La struttura è bellissima, la reception è semplicemente unica! La mia camera era grande, confortevole e arredata con cura. Molto bello il piccolo terrazzo all’ultimo piano. Letto comodo, biancheria di ottima qualità, doccia fantastica. Situata in pieno centro ma si dormiva bene. C’e’ anche una piccola cucina al pianoterra perfettamente attrezzata.

The staff was absent for checkin and checkout. Communication skills could be improved. Argumentative about information being left out.

Building itself was stunning all round.

The bed was so small as was the room. The bathroom was disgusting, half a shower door and water everywhere. Thick mold in and around the shower. They used some perfume to cover the smell and the smell was way to strong and bothered me allot

Joao the guy from the reception was very friendly,polite,professional.The room was nice,big and clean.

There was no wifi,so no television as well. I think that it is important to have an electric kettle in the room it wasn't comfortable to go down stair every time we wanted to drink tea or coffee.
