"Wonderful Support by the Hotel Staff"

wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. WIFI good and We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

The entire team was helpful and professional .from the security guy to the house keeping was very welcoming The front of the house manager is a very good man . Helped us with the early checking without any hassle.very warm gesture. Proper location . Everything is nearby. We had the best room with the view of the city and the old town islamic centre was the best feeling ever Good selection on the breakfast.

No remote for the tv 😆 only one channel though on TV. Cigarette butts from previous occupiers also have no telephone in the room to call service. Personal preference The restaurant didn't have any local pictures though the hotel stands right on the touristic location.

Location is perfect. 5 minutes away from the metro station (easy to get to and from the airport) and less than 15 minutes walking distance from Souq Waqif and just a bit more to reach Corniche.

The shower. It wasn’t powerful. And I had to wait like 5 minutes to wait for hot water (but I could deal with that in my short stay)
