"Location is great all else need improvement"

Location only

1- Staff attitude. Especially Maria at the reception, was unwelcoming and not friendly at all. They need to work on their communication skills. 2- our toilet didn’t have a hose! A basic facility in a hotel in a muslim country. The other room we booked had one. 3- room lighting, very bad. The room is dark and furniture very old. The baby crib was wobbly.
