You can't go wrong at this hotel.. Super clean and welcoming, staff always ready to help and very attentive! Great facilities, good food, and the views are spectacular. Recommended for your stay inside the Akagera Park!

Cleanliness, location and excellent staff

A bit overpriced

Lovely hotel. Comfortable room. Fantastic hot shower. The staff are lovely. Really friendly and helpful. Shout out to the F&B manager.

They have a lot of groups. The two nights I was there they had buffet supper. The second night, it was outside by the pool, obviously because one of the groups had requested it,but that shouldn’t mean that all guests have to eat outside. I spoke to the F&B manager and he agreed to let me order from the a la carte and eat indoors. This was perfect as I had been on a night safari and was quite late having dinner.

The location is unique and fantastic.

Limited entertainment activities. But it's not a show stopper. Only if the weather is not permitted to go outside, then staying inside the hotel can be challenging for young kids.

The breakfast is superb, in the balcony we can enjoy the lake view and the sun rising. At night the snooker table was a plus. The hotel was a surprise to me because very often, in Africa, I pay for expensive hotels and the quality of construction doesn't meet the expectations.

Great place as always, may the staff have more respect for the local, Rwandan visitors and tour operators.
