"Exceptional"

Really nice hotel, cozy and clean rooms. Nice location. Beautiful view. Nice dinner and breakfast.

A little expensive. We stayed only one night and due to the activities that we had planned the actual time was 8 hours in the hotel. The price was too high.

"Uniek midden in het park"

Mooi hotel. Leuke kamers en zicht op het meer, de bevenkamers hebben terras en dat is echt aangenaam. De keuken is uitstekend. Ook het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid

Het personeel aan de receptie was echt niet aangenaam. En dat is echt jammer voor dergelijke zaak. De andere medewerkers deden echt hun best en waren correct. Dit zou niet mogen

"Très beau lodge dans l'Akagera"

Très beau lodge situé dans le parc de l'Akagera, à 7 minutes de la réception du parc. Très grande piscine, repas buffet extraordinaire, propreté irréprochable, coin feu le soir, vue magnifique sur le lac depuis le restaurant.

Tout était parfait même si le prix est assez élevé

"The Lodge was well worth the price in terms of location, facilities, staff and food!"

We brought our own lunch and even though the Lodge usually does not allow outside food to be consumed, they graciously allowed us to have our lunch by the pool after signing some papers agreeing the property was not liable in case we fell ill from the food. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, too.

Beautiful property for relaxing and dining. The beds were quite comfortable and the food selection was outstanding. There was a wonderful pit fireplace in the evening to enjoy. The staff were excellent. Fabiola was fabulous!! She was a tremendous help with a transportation issue we had with a tour provider.
