À son emplacement privilégié dans le parc de l'Akagera, l'hôtel propose des prestations et un confort haut de gamme. Les vues depuis la terrasse et le restaurant sont magnifiques, le personnel agréable et disponible.

Le prix de la restauration est plutôt élevé vu la qualité gustative proposée. Le choix pléthorique du buffet ne justifie pas tout. C'est dommage étant donné le manque d'alternative.

Les chambres bien équipées disposent d'un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et la piscine...L'équipe est très attentionnée. La restauration est très bonne et variée.

"A very nice hotel in a great location"

Fantastic location right inside the Akagera national park. Nice rooms.

Value for money is debatable, but this is the law of supply and demand - there are few nice accommodation options inside the park. Also, the music streaming from the bar by the swimming pool was rather inconvenient to my taste. Silence would work better in this beautiful setting.

Really amazing staff at the hotel, they are so warm and welcoming. Rwanda is such a beautiful country, highly recommend visiting and staying here
