Mantis Akagera Game Lodge

The location is fantastic, the staff are very kind and accommodating, the food is delicious and they have lots of amenities for small children.

For the price you pay some of the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Some mold in the shower areas etc but this didn’t bother me.

I have enjoyed my sty at this hotel. Good rooms, excellent breakfast, superb service. Certainly will stay again in this hotel.

Everything. Beatiful hotel inside Akagera was amazing amenities. Check in was very easy and staff were super friendly throughout our stay and extremely helpful. Rooms were an excellent size and very clean. The hotel itself was also very clean. Pool was excellent after a long day of driving and the outdoor fire pit at night time was a welcome addition and great to relax at come night time. Food was buffet style for both dinner and breakfast when we visited. Excellent range of options and good quality. Plenty iof vegan options for us as well. Hotel also helped with our pre booking for safaris etc to explain exverythig and offered packed breakfast/lunches etc. Location inside the park is excellent and makes accessing activities very easy. Would highly recommend and would happily return anytime.
