HOTEL POSADA DEL CORTEZ

Very good location, 2 blocks to the waterfront and many restaurants, bars and shops

Low water pressure, toilet sometimes backs up into the shower

The location was incredible, very close to downtown la paz and being able to move around freely without having to book further transportation, everything was very close and personnel was very helpful and nice

A bit old, it needs a lot of remodeling, additonally they should really think on how to manage noise control, you could hear everything from the other rooms and it was a bit annoying for me. Bathroom door did not close and that was not comfortable, plus my bathroom was divided at the top by a cristal window from the other rooms bathroom literally could hear everything

There are many shops nearby for breakfast. It's nice to get out and experience the city in the morning before the tourists, both Mexican and American, show up. There's a nice craft vendor market close by. It's in a great part of the city. We parked our rental car on the street near the hotel without incident. The hotel attendant said it would be fine and it was. We took the obvious precautions with our personal items so that we didn't create an opportunity for a problem. If you're a traveler experienced in how to avoid creating opportunities for petty crimes, you'll be fine.

There was nothing that I didn't like. This is an inexpensive hotel in the heart of the commercial district near the Malecon. It was clean and secure. No frills. Exactly what we wanted. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Both experiences were the same. A room safe would be nice but not required for us to stay here again.

Very secure and a great location. The people who work there are very friendly. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

The rooms need a bit of a touch up but ultimately it's a good place if you don't need any extras and want to be very central.

My only problem. Was the bathroom floor looked v dirty Perhaps just old. But it was my only complain. I think the price should be a little lower
