Just near to my next day work place , not much good hotel nearby area . so just accept what you are pay.
Stay many times , Shop lot and room is small ,The air conditioning quite noisy and sometime the water drain is blockage so the water splash out . Air conditioning not cool , WIFI never connect

Less customer carpark slot. With out of luck, we needed pay the parking fee which is not hotel designated area.
