Poor air-conditioning n expensive

The location was good for me as the office I needed to travel was only 7 minutes. the room size and comfort of the bed as good enough for me.

After you get off from the car there is no ramp to push your suitcase. Have to carry up the stairs to the lobby and vice versa to the car. Hot water is inconsistent. Very hot then becomes cold.

We had used this hotel before. Noted they had done some touch up maintenance. However the hotel still look rundown. Location was good.

The first room assigned to us, when we switched on the air con, it blow out lots of little black dust which landed on the bed. Feedback to reception and they changed room for us. However the 2nd room's air con wasn't cooling at all. And the shower didn't have water. My children had to come over to our room to use our toilet to shower instead. It was late at night, we didn't want to go thru the hassle of telling the reception and changing room.
