Location: is very near Haram.

Cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Parking: there is a basement parking in the hotel but they don't let the guests use the parking. Hotel says that Haram basement parking is just SR.1 per hour whereas its SR.1 for only 2 hours. Parking until 7 hours is SR.2 per hour and SR.3 per hour for more than 7 hours.

I, my brother and a few of our relatives had a suite together so it was easy to go and talk to them, there was a kitchen. The person that helped with our luggage was respectful, polite and understanding. They also respected wheelchair users by putting a ramp for the entry of the main hotel. Looks of the hotel are decent as well.

There weren't too many sockets.. Also, there wasn't any iron for clothes. Not to mention the fact that in the bathroom, the way to get the shampoo was extremely irritating and inadequate. Moreover, the freezer in the fridge wasn't too large. Additionally, there was an odd smell in the corridors and in the main lobby which wasn't too pleasant. There wasn't any view either

An Indonesian guy named Ahmed warmly welcomed and made the booking procedure swiftly and allocated us a spacious room. He was a very kind hearted guy. It was great experience the room was spacious and clean.
