Quiet place, good breakfast, helpful staff

Piece of paradise! The room was big and tastefully decorated, with a big bathroom and balcony. We really enjoyed the outside space with a restaurant with great atmosphere and food. You feel very welcome here and the staff and owners are genuinely nice people. The beach is just outside the hotel. If you want to have some relaxing days to enjoy El Cuyo this is the place. We hope to come back one day!

The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel was a one minute walk on a sandy path to the beach and ocean on the more private side of the beach. There was only one property four doors down the hotel on the same street that had loud music at night, yet not extremely audible from my hotel room. The room was clean and well stocked. There were lots of hooks, a rack, and bench for my things. There was a large shower/bathroom with hot water and good water pressure all day! I’d return to this hotel because the staff treated me with respect and kindness. I hope that hotel owners/businesses work with residents in preventing El Cuyo from becoming another Holbox or Tulum.

The hotel was about a 15-20 min walk from the town center. Which is ok! Yet, because there are no street signs and properties with numbered addresses, it was difficult to follow Google maps directions to find the hotel when I arrived; when I ventured far from the hotel; and when I departed. The hotel staff helped in finding me a moto-taxi a few times. I would have appreciated receiving a welcome email and message through WhatsApp with a map indicating walking directions from the bus stop to the hotel. As well as how and where to look for moto-taxes, and a phone number to call the moto-taxi service.

Location, service, food

The food is really good, you don't want to go out cause is affordable and really god and there's no many options outside except from Zapote Retaurant

Issues with cleaning the room and replacing towels

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was big and have everything that we need. The personnel were friendly and helpful we had such a great dinner with a traditional seafood paella that was made in front of us. The breakfast was also really delicious and rich we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately we didn`t have time to spend in the pool, but it looks good also. :)

Amazing place! Would really recommend! We only stayed here one night but we had a great time. Food was amazing, staff were friendly. Very spacious room, pool was perfect to cool down. Short walk to the beach, beautiful sunset!

It is a bit further away from the city center but we didn’t mind. 15-20min beach walk and you’re in the center, or take the car.
