Hotel Boutique Can Cocal El Cuyo

Wow, we loved Can Cocal so much. There are lots of beautiful places to stay in El Cuyo but this is definitely the best. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, cool and each has its own hammock. And the outside areas are what really make it - so many different areas to relax, eat, drink, read, chat whether day or evening, and the pool is gorgeous, refreshing and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The food is so so delicious, the drinks are fantastic with a great happy hour, the atmosphere is so chill and friendly. All the staff are lovely and the owners went out of their way to make our honeymoon trip more perfect than we could imagine. The location is fab right next to the beautiful quiet beach, and a short walk from the centre.

Beautiful and peaceful, location was perfect and walking distance to the beach and Restaurants. The pool area has lots of deck chairs, and hammocks. They have beach chairs, towels and a handfan that can be used daily. There is a restaurant and a bar on the property, the staff was an absolute pleasure

There is nothing not to like about this property, it was a memorable stay

Everyone was so helpful and kind. It quickly became cozy and felt so 'at home'. It's very quiet. the rooms have windows on 3 sides so there's the possibility of having a nice breeze (with mosquito screens) flow through the room all day and night.

Perfect stay! It was amazing, the food, the location, the employees! Everything was great, we spent a really good time and will not hesitate to come back!

Breakfast was outstanding. Room and view were spectacular. The owner and staff were very friendly and always available.

Lovely staff, happy hour, the most comfy beds ever and amazing shower with powerful pressure and hot! ( Quite rare in this part of Mexico) Also enjoyed a delicious huge breakfast

It was clean comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

There was a coffee pot pictured in the photos and there was not one in the room.

Staff was helpful and kind! Attentive to our needs. They do include breakfast with great coffee.

Very hollow rooms that didn’t look like pics. Offer bare necessities. Pool was really murky and they had a sewer problem which was smelling up our room!
