Location.

Way over-priced on everything, booked an ocean view and had to pay extra and attend a sales presentation for a city view; high-pressure sales presentation wouldn’t take NO for an answer, food and drinks mediocre at best, too many stairs, gym facility poor for a new gym…

"Beautiful place to stay ."

The location was great. easy walk to marina where there were lots of choices of good food at reasonable price.

No refrigerator in original booked room, I felt like they Do a bait and switch. Knowing you will pay for an upgrade. First event of trip Waitor at Baja brewing tried to short change us . Poolside cocktails averaged at $20. Original booking for trip was about $2500, with fees $3500, with upgrade $3900.

Breakfast at Aleta was great. Located right off the beach. Luis the server was great!! The Rooftop 360 Bar and Pool is amazing. Views are spectacular and the server Yendi was outstanding!!
