Corazón Cabo, a Noble House Resort

It is a beautiful hotel, with great design, and great location. The views can't be beat, and most of the facilities felt very luxurious and separated from the chaos of surrounding areas.

The front desk service was extremely lacking. It was very difficult to work with the front desk and concierge prior to our trip to arrange transportation. My husband tried extensively to send us a bottle of champagne to our room, and they completely dropped the ball and did not do it. They also had terrible communication and expectations around setting up reservations. I tried to reserve a dinner table - and they did not seem to have my reservation. We were also not told that we needed reservations for the pool, which was very frustrating to not be able to get a chair, for the price we were paying for the hotel. The DJ on the rooftop was fun, but shook the top few floors of the hotel all night until about 4am. We wanted a restful nights sleep in our suite on the 5th floor - and were kept all night by the shaking of the DJ.

Food was decent. Service was good , great location
