Fantastisch. Schoon, ruim, licht. Aan t zwembad. Erg prive. Straat uitlopen en op een leuk gezellig strand. Alles heel dichtbij, ook de pier/centrale punt

Alles was perfect

Limpio, pero faltaban toallas y algunas cosas básicas.

Estuvimos 2 noches y las 2 noches tuvimos problemas con la luz, la primera noche se iba y volvía la luz como unas 6 veces, apagando y haciendo ruido. La segunda noche se fue la luz por Completo, no teníamos ventilador ni nada y sufrimos un calor que no nos dejó dormir. La propietaria nos comentó que era una cosa que pasaba a menudo y que no podía hacer más.

Close to the beach, clean, friendly owner

It's pretty basic. No complaints but the price of the room is high, compared to the rest of our trip.

Good location, a block away from the beach and a 2 min walk from the main street. The apartment was clean and spacious 👌🏼

We were delayed en route and requested that our reservation be transferred to the next evening. It was agreed to quickly and with friendly understanding. My wife and I were very impressed with the courtesy and understanding. We highly recommend Casa Kinich for their kindness. It is not advertised as a luxury property. It is comfortable. The small pool had crystal clear water and everything was working in the room. We suggest guests bring their own coffee and drinking water. It is a very short walk to the beach and only several short blocks to the best restaurant in town, Zama.

We have no complaints, it was enjoyable!
