Very big bedroom

The electric stove was not working properly.

Nice property with several bungalows and a pleasant central pool - great for families. The room was clean (although not cleaned during our stay) and well furnished with a small kitchen and a hamac. The property is located in a quiet area just 2 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the town center. The restaurant next door (La Palapa de Don Mauro) is probably the best one in Sisal!

Water pressure was a bit low in the shower.

The location was great, with a short walk to the beach,restaurants, and grocery store. There was hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was good. Comfortable bed and the room was clean with plenty of space. The outdoor area was very nice and the pool was nice and refreshing. Paty, who looks after the place, was awesome. We stayed a week and if you don't want to cook meals,then it's great.

The internet was terrible at first until we complained. It was very hard to cook meals as there were very limited cooking supplies....( The two small fry pans were warped. There were no pots, and it just had a two burner hot plate that didn't heat up very well if you had both sides on. There was plastic dishware, no larger bowls, etc, for preparing food.) No hot water in the kitchen.

Location was great, 2 blocks from the beach and the tiny downtown area.

The WiFi was super slow.

The grounds and pool were very nice and very well kept. The room was large and comfortable. It was about a block from the beach, four rooms around the pool, a palapa with a picnic table, lots of free drinking water, a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and hot plate.

The hot plate gave you a shock every time you touched it or anything on it. Very limited kitchen equipment but enough to make do. Spotty internet. The biggest drawback, and this is no fault of the owner, was the dog next door who bayed, howled and loudly barked incessantly day and night for two days. The other three days it barked but at least stopped intermittently.

We like the facility with the pool and patio. The people are friendly and it's a perfect location.

The gate lock was almost impossible to use. it was difficult to find someone to let us into the property.
