Good location and with a view of the tower.

Room a bit dusty and a wet towel used to hold the door open when we arrived.

It's worth the money (for Netherlands context ) + the strategic location

the old elevator was a bit scary, but it worked fine

They where very helpful and so friendly

It was amazing old town I was in heart of the town I coming back again lovely time relaxing and shopping Dutch are amazing people

Hotel to avoid - it has been the worse accommodation I've ever slept. Booking.com and the hotel itself could not find any way to compensate this terrible night. However, the person at the check-in was pretty polite and welcoming.

1) Booking advertised a sound proof room, which was not the case. I could hear the guest in the room next door as if they were in my room. Stop advertising the soundproof - it's a lie, 2) Hotel located just above a bar, you won't be sleeping before midnight for sure due to the noise outside, 3) At 3 of the morning, we were woken up by the fire alarm (false alert) and had to evacuate the hotel. No one from the hotel was there to assist the firemen, 4) So far, I've not received any apologies from the hotel following this event. Of course, no one was at the reception on the morning, 5) I was woken up at 7.45 by a mason making holes the other side of the wall, 6) Finally, the room was super dirty and dusty (see pictures).

The staff was very helpful and let us store our bikes inside at night.

The location is great, but the restaurants outside are pretty busy and loud having the window opened. The shower did not work poperly.
