ARStaff was very nice and helpful. It's a cozy environment with nice pool and garden and room has all you may need.
HUI got much more then expected. Many extra services which normally are not included to the price...
It was sad to leave this hotel, leave the island and my trip finished so fast. I felt excellent.

DEGreat communication with the team before arrival. Jane offered to set me up with tours etc. upon arrival, even trying to connect travellers to share excursions. The room was comfortable and had a good size. Air-con worked without a hitch, but insulation/ventilation was quite good, so I actually didn't need it much. The pool is a bonus, but the beach opposite is actually is nice for a city beach. It's a little far from shops/supermarkets, but close to the nicer restaurants in town. Unlike other places in São Tomé, I felt the staff genuinely enjoys working at Emoyeni Gardens and was always friendly and courteous.
I struggled to connect to the official wifi, but was able to use another network throughout my stay. The price/quality ratio for breakfast wasn't great (for 10€, real coffee would be nice), but it was a very decent continental breakfast, on par with what you'd get in France or Italy.

USThe staff were incredibly helpful and the location was wonderful. They weren’t really busy while I was there so they upgraded my room, which was very thoughtful and generous. Would definitely stay there again. Value for money was ok, would have been better value if breakfast had been included. Restaurants close by and easy walking distance so not a problem
