Great location, awesome breakfast, comfortable stay with great views.

The bathroom seemed a bit tricky with the drain, it kind of spread water all over the floor. I think the hotel could use an upgrade with a sauna or hot tub - would be a big plus.

too hot, water in the shower was tepid/cold. i didn't think it was worth the money. Also the breakfast was very poor with little choice and a dearth of fresh fruit. it felt more like a student cafe than a hotel.

Everything, in particular the bed and the breakfast. It is also very cozy.

Very great stay. We were really happy with our room. Black out curtains was sufficient enough for sleeping during the midnight sun. You can also half open the windows to let fresh air in which was a huge plus for us. Breakfast was nice and adequate. They also have free coffee almost all day long. Very nice and positive staff.

Nothing i can think of. But just a heads up, you need to take off your shoes before entering the hotel which is normal in most places in Longyearbyen. And they give slippers for you

Sehr ruhig und gemütlich, zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal. War unser driter Aufenthalt hier und wir kommen sicher wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.
