"Good hotel in a good location"

The staff is really warm and they greet you every time you walk in or out of the hotel which makes your day start and end on a positive note😄 The rooms and toilets are clean with all basic amenities one needs. Location is super duper great (coz it's on Walking street).

There is no "SAFE" inside the room to keep your valuables.

This was my 3rd stay at RS and it's simply great! A perfect quiet and tranquil hotel in the heart of Pattaya's Walking Street with a Mc Donald's practically next door, yet the peaceful gardens the rooms surround is very quiet and serene. Most guests are European, and the staff speak good English. The housekeeping ladies are simply fantastic, bringing a smile to each morning! Rooms are basic yet spacious with good wifi and air conditioning.

Noisy bird in the tree outside likes to start singing at 6am
