Great staff

Whenever I find myself in PTA I always stay here, it's a quant hotel with tranquil tropical gardens, Thai style rooms with good air-con, great WiFi, and comfy bed. Although it's at the far end of the lively Walking Street, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The amazing housekeeping staff are on hand all day until 7pm and are simply a delight, where nothing's too much trouble and they always have a warm Thai smile! The food is also amazing, awesome steak burger!! I simply love this hotel. Guests are mostly European & Australian.

TV channels all local network, no sat channels, all Thai or Chinese. Sadly no Fox News

The auto lighting was a little unpredictable

Everything was good relatively to it's cheap price. Ground floor, easy access, relatively quiet place.

There's a smell inside the room. I think it was coming from wooden furniture that absorbed humidity. It would be great if the hotel can remove that smell. The hotel key is very big. If you could get smaller key it would get into pocket much easier.

Great place to stay on the busy waking street but yet it's quiet once you enter the property. Room is big enough even for 3 pax to stay comfortably. Highly recommended 👌
