Riviera Beach

Have booked for 1 room 2 Adult. Even though I travel alone, I book 2 Adult with breakfast so that I can have 2 breakfast, when they are served in small portions. They rejected to give 2 breakfast. The lady had a horrible attitude, even the first glance was very bad, the first room they gave was way horrible, the AC had no effect since window has multiple openings on the side, after requesting for half an hour he gave me another room. - JUST DO NOT BOOK HERE - Horrible attitude from owner and his wife, but maid is good in nature - Book for 2 adult with breakfast and they gave me only 1

Good breakfast. Very noisy surroundings but my room was silent even though it was not noise isolated as advertised. Homely atmosphere in the hotel.

Small TV. Poor internet coverage in the hotel. The hotel has needed upgrading decades ago. Room did not have water kettle that was advertised.

The owner and his wife were great and always willing to help. Location was good. Cheap and Cheerful!

Not much really, for the price it was very good.

The position is great and the owners are great and they do a nice French continental breakfast delivered to your room. Our room was at the back and very quiet.

room was on the top floor fine if you're in your twenties, not so fine if you're in your sixties.

Location is the big winner and easy going life with 7 eleven 24 hours nearby to cover your needs for late breakfast and early morning meal:)

Everything was ok

We have two babies 1 year old and couldn't book with them. We just booked for the grown ups and asked on arrival if it's fine and we were told yes. The bed is very small so the babies had to sleep on a blanket on the floor and we without a blanket as there was not even a sheet. But we used our own blankets and it was ok. The owner lady is Thai and was very friendly and we actually wanted to give a 10 as rating. It's not exceptionally good but we felt the rating with 6 something was to low so we wanted to help to bring it up. But then the last night the french husband owner threatend us he would keep our money from the safe at the reception and if we don't like it he will call the police and we have to pay 500 baht extra because we accidently left the aircon on that day for four hours when we went out in the afternoon. It was on 25 celcius and not very cold and even it would still. Have been quite funny to ask extra money he could have asked 30 baht (1 euro) but not 500 baht and threaten us. The bed is uncomfortable and the room was never cleaned in 4 days. The location is very good. We didn't have high expectations so it would have really been ok. But the threatening was really intense and bad. I couldn't sleep that night.
