The location

The owner. The fact i had 2 move rooms as they over booked. I paid 1000bht more for a balcony that was advertised but doesn't exist. The mattress was a disgrace, flat all over. No hot. Holes in the ceiling. I would like a refund of 1000bht please? I have attempted to liase with Booking.com and no reply so you are culpable in my prolonged horrid experience

Main floor washroom smells, beds are not comfortable, air conditioning is not established true place that made me sick..appliances too old
