"J'ai payé deux fois le même séjour et l'établissement ne répond pas à mes demandes de remboursement."

L'établissement a pris une empreinte de ma carte de credit en arrivant puis il m'a débité le séjour. Il a été payé le lendemain par booking. J'ai donc été débité deux fois : 192,08€ le 25/03/26 par l'établissement et 189,78€ par booking le 26/03/26. Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une simple erreur mais depuis l'établissement ne répond à aucun de mes mails en direct ou messages via booking et il ne me rembourse pas.

Didnt have breakfast but location was great.

Nothing, the facilities were excellent as were the staff.
