Convenient overnight stop with decent restaurant on site.

Nothing, perfect for 1 night.

Booked a room to accomodate 3 people containing 2 beds. Recieved a room with one bed. Approached the staff, they told us that there must have been a problem with the booking description of the room. I have checked and the photos of the room we booked are consistent, 2 beds, accomodating 3 people. They then offered us another room and charged us extra. Because of the location and the fact we had to travel so far to get there, there was no other choice. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED US FOR THE EXTRA ROOM.

You have false advertising if you cant give us a room we have booked. You charged us for a room that had the space for 3 people and gave us a room for 2, and then charged us for an extra room... I have message you over a week ago and given you the opportunity to reply and you havent. Ignoring your responsibility to your customer. Food is also pretty average,

We received a very warm welcome from staff member Esta. We spent one night here mainly to view Pancake Rocks and blowhole, also the Truman track. Wifi good, everything provided.

We had an issue with our booking through Booking.com, but management were exceptional and accommodating. Very professionally managed.

Ok location.

Thick layer of dust and cobwebs on the lamps overhanging the bed. And dead sandflies all over walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Don't get me wrong - a dead sandfly is better than a live one, but it's not like they were stuck hard. They were easily removed with a cloth. The place didn't feel very clean. Sheets and bed ok though, but would look for another place to stay if we returned to the area.
