Advertised restaurant non existent. Reception always unattended, guests had to text for assistance. TV only worked in Mandarin, local channels could not be accessed

Peacful area. Staff member was pleasant, Great ful to have air con in the room.

There's no lift, had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs. No fridge or tv in the room

The big comfy bed

The mineral pool was in need of maintenance. Both inside and outside was badly in need of renovation. The grounds were in need of maintenance and the whole place had an air of neglect. The Chinese art on the walls was out of place and inappropriate.
