Te Puia Hot Springs Hotel

Comfortable bed, toilet in bathroom, perfect heat pump for the comfy room temperature, as needed. Fridge just right outside the bedroom which is convenient to keep any food/drinks where needed. ground kitchen accessible for staff to prepare quick meal with full kitchen cutleries.

Property itself is good. However, will be useful if there may be a sensor light outside the property at around the car park especially for guests who may check-in after sunset. anyway, keep up the good work :) :)

- Staff were awesome! - I liked that it was close to the Te Puia Store - I like that it had a spa pool - I liked that it had a bar/pub attached to the place (but separate to the Hotel) - Nice shower pressure - Room was nice and big

Kia Ora, The location was good, just a couple of things that we struggled with keeping in mind we are not fussy people: 1. The entire room was on a lean, it felt like the building was going to fall over? 2. The bed was in on a lean, so I (twice) almost rolled off the bed) 3. No TV or Radio in the room 4. Our shower was a little grimy 5. Deck area used plywood as the floor base so was scared to walk on it 6. We were right above the Bar/Pub and the noise was a bit loud but only until about 9pm

lack of facilities to get food close to the hotel, (a 15 minute back track to closest town)

There is a lovely hot pool at the back of the hotel (part of the hotel facilities) which we really enjoyed using.

It was not clear whether the dining room was available. There was no crockery or cutlery in the rooms, apart from mugs.

Able to use the hotel kitchen, lounge, dining and guest fridge. Room was small but clean/comfortable and serviced.

The guest fridge needed to be monitored. The building is old and in need of some restoration but otherwise comfortable.

The Manager is courteous, kind and goes out of his way to make sure guests are comfortable

We felt concerned that one person had so much work to do. Tony worked so hard to ensure that everyone staying was comfortable and had what they needed.
