Bathroom could have had a vanity. Maybe didn't need such a big bath

Great location, cosy heritage building with everything we needed

People were so interested in the building we had a few tourists knocking on the exterior walls, looking in the windows and taking photos outside during the day 😂

so unique, location at center of town, comfortable size, very clean, the coffee and pastry around the corner, happy hour at the corner bar, 2 parking spots with unit. Nice spot to be in Akaroa.

1 toilet, but because there was a sink in each bedroom, and the shower and tub in separate room, all worked just fine.

Historic exterior. Handy to everything. Off street parking. Good heating. Plenty off space inside and out.

No milk, no face cloths, no tissues. Cleaning not very good. Toilet cistern bowl and seat need replacing. Water needs a filter as smells and tastes bad. Windows onto beach side back alley need frosting as veiw is not good and people can and do come and peer through.

the location was perfect - in the heart of Akaroa. it had good parking, so we could leave our car - and we could easily walk to most places. We had lots of space, and the spa bath was a welcome feature.

It wasn’t very private once all the curtains were open.
