The location and staff

The bed was uncomfortable Lousy neighbours and close to train. Not noise proof walls. The breakfast was poor but most importantly there is mold in the bathroom.

"Too many bad points outweighed the good"

Hot showers, clean room. Near the bus and train station.

Wifi was non existent, breakfast very poor, worst we have experienced in over 25 hotel stays in South America. Noisy, the lift shaft was literally in the corner of your room. The view out the window was part of the lift and a wall.

The hotel is super convenient, with the train station, market, and nearby places within walking distance. Very helpful staff. Perfect location!

Breakfast (really good), the location, the lift, the staff, early breakfast, wi-fi was good

The size of the room (a bit small), and the corridors were a bit noisy during the night
