it is very well located. Also, the people were very nice.

The internet did not work in our room, also, the washer was not cold enough, and the breakfast has only one person to keep the things organize, to bring the food, the coffee, and to attend the reception. She was doing what she could do, bit it was impossible for herself alone. Then, there were no food, no coffee, and we have to wait. We were not satisfy with that.

Our stay couldn't be better. Olga is a great receptionist that made out stay exceed our expectations. It was all very clean and organized. I couldn't imagine out stay being elsewhere in Aguas Calientes, loved it!

"best place to stay in agua calientes"

the best place to stay in agua calietnes. franky met us at train station and helped bring bags to hotel. hotel is very nice and modern and has elevator. rooms are somewhat small but modern and clean and has everything you need. location is only 5 mins from train station and 6 mins to MP shuttle bus. breakfast was good eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit, etc.

nothing bad to say they're the best

Good location, very close to everything. friendly staff, they organised a breakfast to go as we need to leave 5am to Machu Picchu
