MAMA GREEN HOSTAL - Eco Andean Experience and Permaculture Farm - Vegetarian Breakfast

We has a wonderful stay with out family at this hotel! The accommodation is beautifully designed and lovingly furnished. It's situated in an incredibly peaceful location, a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which adds to its charm. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the breakfast offered was both delicious and healthy. I would book again anytime!

So happy I found Mama Green. I initially booked only 1 week and ended up staying for a month! Super comfortable and tranquil (it’s like a little haven), a real community home vibe, the best shower on my travels so far, strong WIFI, and perfect location. You can walk 15 mins to the bus terminal or take a tuk tuk to town in 5 mins. The host is very friendly and helpful, always advising and/or joining on excursions around the Sacred Valley, we cooked good food, played music, and took part in local ceremonies that his friends hosted. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We like the organic garden, the wooden materials used in the room. Also the owner is very friendly.

We were standing three times in front of the entrance, ringing the bell an nobody was there. We would have appreciated an own key. The kitchen could be cleaner. Also was a certain part of the kitchen not in a good shape.

This was the most disgusting experience I had on booking. We reserved a room, then we came and the door was closed. Ok, we called the number on booking and a guy answered and told us that the place is not working and we can't go in and we need to go. Eh?! So why didn't you call us before? We came by taxi. Another couple came by taxi and they said they got the same response Then from somewhere an older couple came and we talked to them and they said that he's their son. He was just drunk and didn't feel like having guests so he told all their guests this. Ok, never mind. The room was not really so we put our stuff and left for the day. When we came back on the evening, the room and especially the bathroom was really dirty. There were poo 💩 signs in the toilet, there were hairs in the bed (I'm sure they didn't change the sheets) and the sink and shower were really dirty with hair and half used soap etc. We told it to the owner, who also smelled heavily like alcohol and he took a dirty sponge and "cleaned" the toilets for less than 2 minutes (with the sponge! Then he washed it in the sink, yuck!). After this of course it was still very dirty. We told him that we were leaving and left for a beautiful place nearby (Allin Illary Eco Hospedaje). Where the hosts and room were amazing. PS: where is the eco farm? There is no farm, no green, no communal areas, no mamma, no veggie.

Clean, quite property with a very fresh delicious breakfast. Ask to see the families permaculture farm, it is very beautiful. Staff was very helpful.

It’s small, some common areas but on the smaller side. About a 15 minute walk to the main square.

Comfortable bed and nice rooms. Friendly staff.

Not sure how it is an eco farm. Unfortunately this place is very small and has very few areas to relax in. There is no farm on site nor any garden to spend time in. The entire place is concrete.
