"Good"

This property is not beachfront, it is a little bit of a beach view. Most important, property is up on a hill with lots of stairs inside and outside the hotel. There are no elevators. You have to preorder your food.

Top View from Garden & Pool as well as from the room - very tasty food home made, we had lunch & dinner and we tried different delicacies, a big thank to the chef. Staff is very friendly and at guest's disposal. Valentine's special menu & surprise organised from the Av Suite Staff, simply the best. Room was very pretty, lots of space, little garden to chill and drink coffee( kettle, coffee & tea with fridge) slippers & toothpaste & toothbrush available with shampoo & shower gel. Shower was very spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable too. AC is working very well and cooling the room very fast. Parking space for car & motorcycle. Amazing infinity pool with view.

"We enjoyed our stay but the steps put us off"

The views were fantastic. Big rooms, comfy bed and a good shower. The food was very good but the portions were on the small side for us. Price for food and drinks are good

The only downside was that we hot no help with our luggage. It was pouring with rain when we arrived and one member off staff was in the wrong place at the wrong time and carried one case. I carried 2x 20kg cases and our friends also carried theirs. No help at all on leaving. We did a relay with our cases. Considering the number of steps to negotiate it was a poor show. 3 of us are 60+ luckily we are fit
