Surfing Temple Boutique Hotel

The whole hotel is a charm, lovely common areas with pool and bar/restaurant with really cold beer!! The integration of the bedrooms around it is really nice and gives it a jungle feel. The room was clean and cosy, the bed and pillows were very confortable. The A/C worked well and the bedroom was cold and dry! The outdoor shower is a nice touch. Breakfast a la carte was excellent. We went through the menu to try several dishes and all were delicious. The same with the fresh fruit juice. All the staff were nice and helpful!

Just small details: In the room, we missed a couple of wall hangers for towels or wet clothes (only 2 in the toilet). The seal between the shower and the toilet should be reviewed. As other guests reported, the access road definitely needs to be improved, but it's nothing that would prevent me from staying in the Surfing Temple again. Even with heavy rain it was easy to ride over the puddles.

BEST hotel on the island!! Bali vibes, rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!!

the place is unique. perfect to relax during your vacation. King size bed super confortable. located next to the best surfing spots on the island. Exquisite food, cocktails and staff that makes you feel at home. the place to be in siargao with no doubt

The food here was amazing! We are dinner on arrival and the octopus was one fantastic! It was all delicious! The Breakfast included was also extremely generous and great! Staff were also really friendly and helpful

Access- bad road going to property. Needs to be paved. No parking spot. Outside parking is ok but the road is rough and had water puddles around rendering the area around not to be quite good for vehicles.

One of the best stays I had in the Philippines after 5 years living in the country. The food was outstanding. Professional quality, diverse and flavourful dishes at a competitive price. On top of it you have a very wide range of drinks, from beer and wine to unique cocktails! The room was very nice and stilish. I loved how the green light would come from the windows and the open shower making you feel like you are in a little retreat in the middle of the jungle. Comfort in the room is guaranteed, a big bed with good quality bedsheets and a silent AC and fan. The pool and deck area was beautiful, enjoyable and surrounded by vegetation. Perfect to take a break from the activity of the island and have some drinks and food while you sunbathe. Another highlight was deifinitely the staff. Kind, attentive and always available. They will solve any problem you have, just reach out to them to call a tricycle, rent a motorbike or any question about the island! From now on, Surfing Temple is a must for me if I go to Siargao. 100% I would recommend.

We‘ve spent some nights at the Surfing Temple and we really recommend this hotel. It’s a small stylisch boutique hotel with 5 beautiful designed rooms with an outdoor shower. Everything was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful for all your belongings. The breakfast is served a la carte in their restaurant and you can choose from several good dishes! The hotel is located just a few minutes by a scooter from the most popular surfing spots and you can rent the scooter directly at the hotel for some dollars a day. In total the hotel is amazing. The staff was so friendly, excellent food and a really relaxed atmosphere. If we come back to Siargao we would choose the Surfing Temple again to enjoy the magical moments of this beautiful island!
