Eurotel Boracay

The place is too close going to the beach its just a few steps, the Staff are all Excellent in welcoming their guest and to mention a few; Mr. Marlon, Reymark, Front Desk Ladies like Nicole, Angel, Trishia and all in the back staff they are all Nice...

Right now Eurotel were having renovation on their Rooms but the other Rooms are still available.

Hot and cold shower

The bad smell in the corridor at 2nd floor and inside our room. Less staff- the lobby/eating area was left uncleaned.

The location.

Hot shower not working. Dust from the ceiling kept on falling on our bed. The toilet rug they gave us made the toilet floor all the more slippery.

Location was nice, staff was friendly

I paid extra for a suite, my room was supposed to have a safe a mini fridge, hot water. None of the safes worked the refrigerator didn’t work. There was no hot water. I couldn’t even lock my door. I told them I’m going to have to get another place to stay and they told me they’re still gonna charge me. How can you advertise that? The room comes with these extra amenities and it has none of them. The overall room with mold everywhere, a door that doesn’t even lock so any person from outside can come in your patio door. This place should be condemned. I don’t blame the staff, but the management in the owners clearly are just taking advantage of people.
