the staff are a bit forgetful, we had to ask twice for a tissue refill and they knocked on our door to give it already past 10pm. the room looks nice but it was simply not maintained well as we found a cockroach. telephone was also sometimes not working we had to go down to front desk if we have some requests.

Thankyou for wonderful experience, and i really enjoyed to stay, and to staff specially, angel and mechol both are very helpful very polite and genuine , then the housekeeping team very helpful if guest needed very very fast, specially to kuya cleaning my room 510, very passionate and caring, integrity to work! All of them, I'm glad to stay , highly recommend this form of advertising for your investment, I promise i will be back again, good job.

More improvement for wifi and the lights hallway poor.

I like its accessibility to both the beach and the highway. The staff are very accommodating to all our queries and requests.

The hot shower is not so hot.

Property is crap Air con not working staff dont care dont exchange rooms.! Hot water not working.! Staff have zero cares.! Would look elsewhere as rooms are sooooo tiny.!!

Had difficulty with the payment for the booking. Receiving an error that the card is invalid but it turns out that the hotel does not have the capability to charge a card. The staff who assisted me with the payment way back was little bit rude. No ice, no towel upon arrival and took many hours to provide us a towel. Rooms are already old and should be checked by maintenance from time to time just like room 207 wherein the bathroom door is broken.
