The location of hotel was very good.

We had reserved at least 5 rooms at this property for a 2-night stay on Boracay Island. However, our experience was marred by several issues. Our check-in process was delayed, with our scheduled 2 pm check-in pushed to 4 pm onwards. The hotel supervisor attributed the delay to short staffing and lack of manpower in housekeeping operations. Upon checking in, we encountered the following problems with our rooms: - Room 515 was filthy, with dirty linens and stains. The washroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. - Room 524 had an air conditioning problem and was dirty. - Two of my colleagues requested a room transfer due to the heat and aircon issue, but the front desk associate initially refused, citing full bookings. After our insistence, arrangements were made to transfer them to other rooms. The front desk associates were not attentive to our needs, and our requests were not attended to properly. The hotel staff cited short staffing and delayed delivery of amenities as reasons for the poor service. The hotel's facilities lacked proper maintenance, and the entire restaurant area had a strong smell of pest control chemicals. Overall Experience: Our experience at this hotel was disappointing, with multiple issues that were not adequately addressed by the staff. We hope that the hotel will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to provide better service to their guests.

Staff are approachable

Late check in, supposed to be 2pm but some check in at around 3 to 4pm. Facilities like aircons are not functioning well.

Aircon is not that cold, had to asked for electric fan.

Nothing 😔

To be honest we are so disappointed that the Aircon is not working properly. Too dirty the rest room at the lobby. Coffee at breakfast doesn't have the taste of coffee. Too small the bed.
