Food is good. Room is clean & bed is okay. Location is quiet & near the beach. The hotel has massage spa.

The telephone in the room had no dial tone. TV did not work. Wifi is fast but signal for calls using mobile phone inside the room is very poor.

It was a good experience

The location was ok if you don’t mind walking for the duration of my stay here, half way between the beach and the main road, also few minutes walking distance to the Hop On/Hop Off Bus stop and service which was convenient, also located close to convenience stores, laundry services and some banks which was handy. Some staff were nice and friendly especially during check-in and check-out, and room service staff were quite courteous and did greet me each morning which was nice. Was good to see some free soap and amenity kits in the bathroom. Wifi speeds were surprisingly decent considering the poor signal quality with the local Smart network and having to rely on the Wifi for the duration of my stay.

Sadly the room didn’t appear as the photos in the listing; the room wasn’t clean at all, floors were quite dusty and walking barefoot wasn’t a pleasant experience and had to use the provided tiny slippers that were quite small for my feet. I also wanted to mention that the room and the hotel itself is quite dated and does look quite run down too. The room provided to me was the only room where the keycard was unable to be used and having to rely on the only master key which I was advised to hand in even for a quick shop at the nearby convenience store as they supposedly didn’t have a backup key. Also no room service or cleaning was provided despite requesting for the room to be cleaned or even just for fresh towels. The toilet seat was broken and did slide off a couple of times when trying to position it not to mention it was too small for the toilet itself. Towels were also grey-looking and dirty, with one towel having pink stains on it. I noticed quite a bit of mould too in the tile grout and plenty of silicone and patching which was odd. The drain is quite small for the shower area and water does take time for the water to drain out. The two provided glasses were surprisingly dirty too with obvious toothpaste stains, fingerprints/smudges and overall unclean to the point I had to wash them myself. The bed while nice and wide wasn’t sitting flat and kept tilting and moving with little movement which did wake me a couple times if I moved during the night. The thin top blanket was the only one that looked clean however the pillows and bed sheets were not clean at all, with the pillows itself being quite smelly and pillow cases looking more grey/yellow than white in the pictures provided in the listing. The hot shower was more lukewarm at best even on the highest hot setting, and at times the water will go cold half way through a shower cycle which wasn’t great.

Facilities.. like there was no telephone no remote for tv , bed bugs. No foot towel for floor. The cuve light is broken.. theres an issue on electric kettle.. the bath tub is broken 😑😭😭

To avoid You absolutely must avoid this hotel. See all reviews. The room and all the rooms have a very loud engine noise coming from the inside of the building, impossible to do anything. When I asked for a refund to leave, I was told that it was not possible! So you just have to suffer! Luckily I only had 2 nights, and if I had 1 week? No hot water! At check out they ask to check the room before you leave, absurd, but why don't they make customers check the room before entering? Apathetic, unpleasant and annoying reception woman.

The hotel staff is very kind and nice. Everything works fine in the room.

The mattress and staff were great

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in!! Building sites to front and side .. balcony you pay extra for that’s a joke .. small and rusting and dangerous!! Asked to be payed before we arrived .. then when checked in was told it’s pay on arrival .. I know know why! I would have walked away!! Read the reviews on google maps!! Wish I could upload the videos I took of the noise! Can’t upload on here but will on google!!

Room was dirty, smelly with mold on the cealing. Elevator doesnt work, key card for room doesnt work, no hot water in the shower. This hotel full of problems... stay away.

The location was very nice

It was dirty and unkempt. The hotel is old and needs maintenance. The room I stayed it had mold everywhere and the bed had bed bugs that I need to switch rooms.
