No hot water in shower!

I love how close the location in the shore of station 2 also, the staff is accommodating they politely welcomed us when we arrive area, I was able to sleep without worrying the environment of the room there is a comfort, is that just they need to change some of the amenities and upgrade specifically the bathroom door and the aircon as well the balcony area, the microwave and the menu of the breakfast, but I love the waffle with sugar syrup and margarine must try

The property is just about 5mins walk to the beach

1. The elevator didn't work the entire time we were there, I seldom use elevators but we're on the 4th floor and at times we carry heavy stuff. 2. The WIFI is so weak 3. I saw big a rat in the lobby and went to the mess hall 😳 4. Had to call for water and towel replacement but only 1 request will be given at a time 5. Had to be called to the lobby because apparent they didn't know that I paid already. Had to look for my receipt or else ill pay. Very inconvenient 6. The TV is not even connected to their wifi
