Location and AC

No hot water. Staff say same in all rooms and breakfast was cold as they don’t bother to light the burners under the food trays. No safety deposit box even when shown on site and doors all broken off cupboards.

Nothing at all about the property, but staff they are very accommodating.

when we arrive the room is so hot, no toilet mat, we book a suite room but it looks like standard room, even the housekeeping doesnt come clean the room even if i put the sign MAKE UP OUR ROOM, we stay there 4days 3 nights, when i book online using booking.com the total for 3 nights stay is P6,910.65 but when we pay at the hotel it totaled to P7,739.90, its another SCAM.

They did not change our beddings and towels, in short no cleaning for our 3 nights and 4 days stay

Location was great, you get what you pay for and it was relatively cheap

Arrived and room not ready until 6pm. Rooms cleaned when asked not as standard. Shower leaked all over the floor very slippy Really noisy and the breakfast was a shambles! Overall the hotel needs updating

Service wise was very pleasant & very good the room itself was Good size for Our need.

The Bathroom needs some upgrading specially the toilet with a broken Lid.
