The price is fair for the unit. The unit itself is clean and neat. Bonus is the bath tub!

The curtains could be improved, as sunlight enters the room early and wakes us up. It would be better if the room could go fully dark, it disrupts the sleep experience hehe.

Breakfast options options were available. It was a little distance to the main city but close to the Crocodile Farm and Zoo.

Food is not that good, not much option and expensive.

I booked a suite room for my family to stay in, I waited my turn for the check in at the frontdesk, I was there by 2:00PM but was catered around 3:00PM already, upon entering the designated room 13th floor (12A) with a labeled keycard we were surprised that there's a man inside (what if something happened) , we say sorry & we hurriedly went out to ask help from the room attendant, next room assigned was on the 6th floor there's also a positive occupant, we went up again on the last room we were transferred which is on the 14th floor. Is this normal? We were exhausted that time since I just attended a regional wellness activity of our bank, I got no time to make a complain. I hope this won't happen to any guest again. This is scary when we invade someone's privacy :(
