Breakfast good. Location, tour the city, tourist spots. Malls, churches, chapels and convents too. Can choose food you like, restaurants, fast food and others. Staff are very accomodating, smiling, appreciative 💕😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff, the room except for the bathroom, its outdated and doesn’t feel clean, the tub felt greasy

The area has lovely views. There are good restaurants walking distance away. ( Arthur's was very good). Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast very good both food and delicious coffee! Staff helpful and really nice.

The pool was small and there wasn't alot of room to lay about outside. The road noise was quite loud in our room, having said that we slept well.

It's a beautiful Boutique Hotel with a French Theme. It looks wonderful and is classy and elegant. The room was very big and spacious and the views were good of the Lake and Volcano from the Room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the views from the rooftop were fabulous.The breakfast was really nice and enjoyable.

As said previously the main road outside is noisy and we could hear the neighbors occasionally, but this wasn't a big problem.

Salle de bain vieillotte avec baignoire et rideau , il y avait des cheveux qui étaient restés dedans à l’arrivée , le standing de la sdb ne correspond pas avec celui de la chambre
