"Dissatisfied I"

The only thing I liked about Crescent Bay Resort was its beachfront location – it's right on the sand, which is great if you're just looking to be near the water.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. There was no actual reception, and no staff around to help us when we arrived. Check-in was confusing and unorganized. The room itself was stuffy and dusty – it immediately triggered my allergies and made it hard to breathe. The furniture was old, worn-out, and some pieces were even broken. Throughout our stay, there was no one available to answer questions, and we never got access to the advertised Wi-Fi. The location isn't the best.

"Great experience but bad luck"

Location is as good as 💋

We were staying for 2 days 1 stays we slept great but in morning “NO ELECTRICITY” “NO WATER” For whole day till 5pm No backup We have to go “SULABH” on the island for bathroom They don’t even have any king of water storage Staff don’t know language Phone Network was gone

The beach ⛱️

Outdated dirty room , filthy mattresses, sheets full of holes,towels looked like rags, filthy dirty Kettle, broken room tables, broken shower heads ,holders broken , basically a $500 Thai Baht room per night.

Cool staff you could bargain/arrange with 👍🏻 Nice place, nice beach/bay

No window hotel, dark, humid (moisture) Restaurants/bars around are a bit expensive. Bed frame was broken / mattress is dead

just location.

washrooms were pathetic...1st day the rusted tap broke...2nd night the window panel at midnight fell off in the washroom..the washroom shower was leaked, no proper sewerage system...the owner really need to invest and make it a more nicer place.
