- the owner is super friendly and relaxed. he was very kind and helped us so much. real awesome guy - the location is a dream. right in the middle of one of the best beaches of koh samed (not as crowded as Sai Kaew in the north) - comfortable beds - cozy rooms

- a bit too much insects (especially mosquitos)

The area and location is GREAT so we enjoyed our stay! Lovely food at the beach.

Comfort is not the best and most especially, its quite old and dirty. Beds are a rock, not comfortable.

The host was very nice and accommodating. Very clean. The access to the beach was perfect, it was right at the foot of the walkway of the hotel rooms. I felt comfortable during my stay

The towels were very thin the blanket was slightly itchy. The rooms had a bit of a heavy deodorizer.
