No service person. There is a snake in the restroom. I cannot find service, and stayed whole night without sleeping

Staff is very friendly

The power went off a couple of times and the room took a long time to put the power back on but it was ok in the end.

Basic hotel in nice beach. Sea is right next to this place, could hear the waves inside room. Quite big nice room, just what I expected.

Shower room needs little bit renovation, but same thing for many Koh Samet hotels at this price range. Door lock wasn't so great.

Property and service was excellent

I give a low grade because irresponsible/unsafe management. I ran across sea urchins. They should mark a dangerous area with flags. Otherwise beach is unsafe

The location is good, very close to the beach.

It is just a room. Only one staff over there, no receptionist with the counter. He was only one who just asked us for the payment with totally unofficial, even no receipt. No breakfast, no accommodation. It looks like someone build this 5 rooms and employ one staff to take care of it. The room was not bad, but it just only a room.
