When we arrived, we found: - Two towels in the room that were completely torn and visibly dirty. - Bugs/insects in the shower area. - An air-conditioning unit literally wedged into a hole in the wall, making an unbearable noise that prevented us from sleeping. - A nightclub next door blasting music until around 2:00 AM, making proper rest impossible. I booked and paid for three nights, but I left after the first night because it was simply impossible to stay there. When I informed the property I was leaving due to the conditions, they replied that they would not refund anything because I hadn’t selected a refundable Booking rate — as if I were leaving by choice, rather than because the accommodation failed to meet even basic standards.

El personal fue atento y amable. La habitación estaba limpia y los cojines cómodos. A parte de eso, nada excepcional.

El hotel está muy céntrico y situado en una calle con restaurantes, eso implica ruido y música por la noche de diferentes locales que se encuentran pegados al hotel hasta pasada la medianoche. Además la máquina de aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y era necesario apagarla para dormir. Si se busca descanso y tranquilidad, no es el lugar más adecuado.

L'emplacement au cœur de la ville. L'amabilité et le service des employés. Zone très fréquentée donc non recommandée aux désintéressés de la vie nocturne.

Le point d'eau se trouvait uniquement à la réception.
