Chern Chiangmai Boutique Hotel

My best stay in Chiang Mai. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. The owner couple was extremely sweet and nice to me, taking care of me, offering lots of tips and useful information. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I had a great sleep. There is plenty of space in the lobby or outside for people to hang out. I highly recommend it.

2 special staff working to ensure every single need is met. The friendliest, most helpful and kind couple around. Couldn't fault anything. Made to feel at home - a rare gem! We would choose this property 100 times from 100. We can't wait to return. Everything you need to explore Chiang Mai :)

I loved that it was so unique, a great location between Old City and "New City", small, safe, charming and super clean. The owners put you completely at ease immediately and are so welcoming and helpful!

A couple of owners who hold this boutique are very nice people. They speak English and they do their best to offer maximum service to their guests. Very comfortable cozy place with a friendly atmosphere. Good quality for the price.

Chern Chiangmai is the perfect boutique hotel, and Nira is a great host . I am new to Chiang Mai, and needed a place to stay on short notice while my home was being prepared. Chern Chiangmai exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property . I will recommend all of my friends & family to stay at Chern Chiangmai when visiting, and I know that Nira will take excellent care of them !

Absolutely loved the owners, their welcome and their generosity. And adored the location near Nimman Road, and its various bars and coffee shops. We recommend the mad Insects museum and all the noodles at Crazy Noodles.

We requested bedside lamps, and we hoped the shower could have been warm, but this is quite normal for Thailand. Otherwise comfortable :)

We have stayed in many places but our stay in this hotel was outstandingly good. It was by far the best hotel we've been in Thailand. Most of all the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere created by Nira and William made our visit special. We liked the place so much that we decided to book right after for a second time after our hiking trip in between. In Chiang Mai we've stayed also in the Old Town but we've realised pretty quickly that it was too touristic for us. We were more interested in having a relaxed place to stay with cool cafes, restaurants and local shops nearby and to have a quick way outside the city for the hikes and trip you can do around Chiang Mai. This hotel is in the perfect location for that, the side street is really quite but just one corner away from the hip and busy Nimman area. The airport is also just 10min away by cab. We had everything we needed and our hosts were so helpful that we could handle everything fast, like laundry and transportation. The hotel itself stands out as a small, stylish, well designed building with details that makes you feel comfortable and at home. It is not like a hotel giant without soul, still everything is made with quilty and care. Neadless to say the room was spotlessly clean. We can also recommend a cafe with a great breakfast in the parallel street called Rosemary's Cafe which opens at 7am, perfect before leaving for a trip (amazing french toast and coffee). We really hope to stay here again if we are so lucky to visit Thailand again.
