"Five star hotel, four star reality"

Amazing location in the middle of the citadel. Friendly personnel and charming interior.

When we arrived we did not have any WiFi. We had to ask the reception and they gave us a modem we had to install ourselves. The mini bar was turned off (we had to turn it on ourselves) and the shower was only handheld (and the H for hot provided cold water and the C for cold provided hot water - even the receptionist admitted it was very unlogical). The breakfast was also quite poor for a 5 star hotel. There was no milk, no yoghurt and a limited amount of beverage choices and bread spreads.

"Oprire de o noapte la cetate"

Locatie fantastica, atmosfera retro, faptul ca poti combina conceptul de hotel cu istoria si povestile locului cu totul deosebit pt romani, personal foarte amabil si dispus sa ne asigure tot suportul.

"Soggiorno in centro in struttura storica"

Situato in una struttura storica, camera spaziosa, personale gentile, ottima colazione, spazi esterni comuni, possibilità di parcheggiare la moto all'interno del cortile privato. Molto apprezzato l'omaggio di una bottiglia di vino locale trovata in camera.

Die Lage ist super.

Das Hotel wird seinen eigenen Ansprüchen und Sternen nicht gerecht. Kein Licht auf der 2. Etage. Handylampe für Schlüsselloch benutzt. Gläser beim Frühstück feucht von Spülmaschine. Kleines Empfangsgetränk wünschenswert.
